I agree in principle. We can use effective and sustainable building techniques to make buildings more earth friendly. Design will make them aesthetically presentable.

I agree with the previous comments. It is important for a building or for any constructions to have a very strong foundation. We would not want our buildings to last for only a month or even a year right? So, it is an imperative to use high quality products.

I love Victorian houses, I think this would look great if it were modified into a contemporary Victorian building.

I hope the original design can be restored if ever this will be renovated. This is a beautiful structure that has to be preserved.
